How Do You Train Janitors ?
All Janitors undergo an extensive training orientation and are trained consistently throughout the job. We have built proven training systems used to help RCC - Cleaning Group give the cleaning quality clients deserve. Some areas of RCC training include:

We understand that accidents may occur, and we’re always prepared for that. In compliance with the Oregon state law, all employees and partners are covered by our workers compensation. RCC - Cleaning Group goes beyond standard safety regulations. Although not required, we carry general liability insurance to cover all incidentals, which few cleaning companies have due to the cost. This prevents you from significant risk of lawsuit.
Will You Guarantee Your Cleaning Services ?

RCC employees and partners are experienced and begin with a 10 hour training orientation, and custom post training for every individual account. During the job, they must complete the check list that will be inspected by around the clock supervisors to micromanage the janitors. Supervisors will consult with every janitor, spot-checking every task given for each location, leaving it ready for everyone else to enjoy an eco-friendly environment.
Will The Same Janitor Be The Same Person Cleaning My Location ?
Yes
We always provide the same Janitor at your facility. In case of any change, you will be notified the reason for the change ahead of time.
What Happens If I'm Not Satisfied Will My Current Janitor or Cleaner ?
We'll Make It Right
Our job is to make sure you are pleased with our service. We will get a replacement in a timely manner.
Who Do I Contact If I Have An Issue At My Facility ?
Our Management Team
You will be assigned an Account Manager. Your assigned manager will ensure all your concerns are addressed, keep up to date with your buildings cleaning needs and continuously follow up with you. This is a manager that is there for you!
Who Provides The Cleaning Supplies ?
Our Team Or Your Team
We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed, unless arranged by account manager and building manager.
Billing FAQ'S
How Does Payment Work ?
Our Accounting department invoices you or charges your card on file. Our accounting team arranges payment depending on services provided and frequency of cleaning.
Is A Cleaning Service A Tax Deduction ?
Yes, cleaning is a tax deduction as it's considered a business expense. We will provide a 1099 - Independent Contractor form along with our insurance and business information before we begin services, you will need that information for your files.
Do Janitorial Cleaning Estimate Cost Money ?

Can I Cancel Our Cleaning Service At Any Time ?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will first need to notify our team with a 30-day notice via email at info@cleanrcc.com
How Much Does A Commercial Cleaning Service Company Cost ?
It depends if you're looking for an hourly cost or fixed cost (square footage of facility x frequency of service).
